2020 was a terrible year for many bars and restaurants. But it was a particularly challenging one for Chef Barkha Limbu Daily and Jesse Daily, owners of the cheel, a popular Nepalese restaurant, who found themselves watching helplessly as the restaurant they’d poured seven years into building burned to the ground before their very eyes.
